Green Tea Muffin


Masih sukak dengan berbau green tea dan masihhh banyak stok bubuk green tea nya. Jadilah makin rajin ngumpulin resep2 yang pakai green tea. Pas lagi blog walking nemu blognya mba Eliza Setiawan yang juga penggemar green tea. Resep muffin ini lebih lembut hasilnya karena memakai yogurt.

Ingredients :

200 gr all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp green tea powder 

125 gr plain yogurt
175 gr caster sugar
1 large egg
80 gr oil/butter, or mix the two to get both fragrant and moist texture.

HOW TO :
1. Mix all the dry ingredients. set aside
2. Mix all the wet ingredients, then add in the dry ingredients with flour strainer/shifter. Do not skip this stage, as green tea may have small lumps without fine shifter! Mix with balloon whisker just until the ingredients look well combined. Do not mix it too long, it will make the muffin though.
3. Spoon the mixture to muffin cups, bake at 180 degree C for about 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven.
